Please arrive on time for your 40-minute session to ensure we maintain our schedule for all clients. If you are running late, please call us. Please note that clients who are consistently late or miss appointments will be required to prepay for future sessions.


Cancelation Policy

A 24 hour advance notice is required if you cannot keep your appointment. A fee of the session will be charged to your account if you are a No-Show.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
